Tono Yoga

A few years ago, I signed up for a 30-day yoga challenge, not really knowing what to expect. I thought it would just be a bit of exercise, maybe a fun way to move my body for a month. But something shifted. Day by day, I started noticing not just the physical benefits, but the way yoga made me feel. I felt calmer, more centered, and more connected with myself than I had been in a long time.

That challenge didn’t just end after 30 days. It opened a door. And I walked through it and straight into a practice that has now become a constant in my life.

Fast forward to August 2025 – I become a certified yoga teacher. And now, I get to share the practice that changed my life with the people I love, and hopefully with more people along the way.

That’s what Tono Yoga is all about.

  1. Having fun (because moving your body should never feel like punishment).
  2. Feeling good in your own skin (whether you’re a total beginner or someone who’s been practicing for years).
  3. Relieving stress (because life is already hectic enough).

Tono Yoga isn’t about perfection or performance.. it’s about presence. It’s about showing up for yourself, breathing deeply, and leaving the mat feeling lighter than when you arrived.

This is just the beginning, and I’m so excited to see where it leads 🙂
