Okay, so here’s the thing: I want to remember 2025 in a way that’s more than just a camera roll full of blurry selfies and screenshots of flight information. That’s why I’m making what I’m calling… drumroll please… my 2025 Yearbook.
Because honestly, this year has been a lot. A good a lot. A wow-how-is-this-my-life a lot.
First, the headline news: I moved to Spain with my boyfriend (!!). Yes, I am officially that person who throws “when I lived in Spain…” into casual conversation. I’m learning Spanish (slowly but surely—shoutout to the subjunctive for keeping me humble), traveling basically any chance I get, and eating an unholy amount of delicious food.
Oh, and speaking of food: I actually learned how to cook this year. Like, for real. Not just pasta-with-whatever’s-in-the-fridge cooking, but with recipes! With spices! And pans that aren’t just for scrambled eggs!
Somewhere in between running to the train station, practicing my art, and saying “vale” way too much, I also became a certified yoga teacher. Which still feels surreal. And because I like to keep life spicy, I’m also starting a master’s degree in Nanoscience and Molecular Technology.
And then there’s this website! A little corner of the internet where I can document it all—my friends, my travels, my business experiments, and everything in between.
So yeah, 2025 is shaping up to be a year worth remembering. And instead of letting it all slip into the abyss of forgotten calendar notifications and airplane snacks, I want this “yearbook” to be my way of capturing it. A place for memories, snapshots, and maybe some embarrassing stories too.
Here’s to making the yearbook of 2025 one for the shelves.
